Who we are

What data we collect

Only what you send us yourself through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, the service you are interested in and your message. Technical data — IP address and the time of the request — is stored together with the request for security purposes. If you contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, the messaging service processes that conversation under its own terms.

Why we process it

Solely to answer your request and discuss the services you asked about. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis and retention

We process personal data with your consent, given when you submit the form, in line with Law No. 133 of the Republic of Moldova on the protection of personal data. Requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.

Who else sees the data

Technical providers that make the site work: the hosting company, the email delivery service that sends us your request, and Telegram if the notification channel is used. They act on our instructions and only to deliver your message to us.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores your language and theme choice in your browser so it does not reset on the next visit. We may use aggregated web analytics to see which pages are useful; it does not identify you personally.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete the data. Write to moldova@noventiq.com — we answer within 30 days.
